I love how easy it is to use so that I can teach all of our employees how to go about editing within the website and not worry about them needing to know code or messing it up when I am not available.
I find the templates flexible enough that they're fairly easy to customize, but, in order to create forms to help increase your subscription list, this is a separate cost
I am most impressed by the intuitiveness of the platform and how well it fits into our workflow. We have been able to meet faster timelines and at a fraction of the cost.
I do not like how once you pick a template, you are basically locked into that template and will have to start from scratch if you want to try another. Also dislike how the pricing can add up once you start adding in other features. The last thing is that it is great for simple small business sites but once you try and go past that point, it can get complicated.
It's difficult to isolate customers that have unsubscribed when sending out email marketing
The only real drawback is the lack of ease at which we can do anything SEO related. It is not impossible just a bit more work when compared to everything else but honestly its a minor complaint. We love Wix.
