Setting up this tool only took a few steps and their customer support is very responsive which in todays world means a lot.
- Powerful tool thanks to seamless integration with the rest of the suite - Quite easy to implement thanks to Traiblazer - Easy to use once configured properly
The ability to natively expose Salesforce data, automations, reports, etc while preserving boundaries and restrictions to what should be internal vs customer facing.
Nothing in particular that I dislike, its features continue to work effectively.
- Customization is extremely limited, makes it very difficult to build a product that is OK to go live with customer facing - Had to delay deployment because of lack of personalization - Platform design
The editor is fairly robust and is mostly WYSIWYG, but some customizations still require some more technical know-how.
