The product has an abundance of excellent features; I particularly like the widgets that allow a more unique experience for the user, based upon selected preferences. It's easy to create and design pages in the CMS. I like the OOTB integrations, such as with Teams & O365 - it allows for better collaboration cross platform. The kudos feature has been a big winner for us, it is used daily and valued by our colleagues. The layout allows you to brand the site exactly as you wish, which has enabled us to create a welcoming, modern and engaging site. The IT support via Unily's ServiceNow is excellent, they are always quick to respond and resolve issues.
Product is highly configurable, large selection of widgets, and has many solid Microsoft 365 integrations available out of the box.

I would prefer it if you didn't have to pay for add-on features. It would be nice to have everything as part of the main package. Having to pay for new features feels unfair when we already pay for the product. I think native sign-in would also be helpful.
Customer service and consulting are subpar.
-Some of the design capabilities could be improved as in when you are writing news stories the design box has very small dimensions as well as the emails and pop ups. It would be great to be able to live edit and design directly on the news story.
