The best thing about the product is easy to visualize the orchestration of jobs in a single workflow.
The amount of built in integrations, and the ability to request one to be built out. Simple to use UI and a fantastic training/support team! ** UPDATE: The updates they have delivered over the past year have been EXCELLENT! From the self service portal thru to their integrations. The continue to refine and shine as the absolute star in automation. Without doubt the top of the line!!**
Absence of advanced workflow creation features like loop and file exports, a steep learning curve due to a multitude of options and difficulties in implementing unsupported connection types, restrictions in scheduling complex workstreams via trigger/action tab, and complications in exporting workflow dependencies. These issues have impacted the user experience.
The dashboarding capability in the tool is difficult to use and has limited capabilities.
Wish that all services were selected by default, having to click thru them all took a minute or two While not a deal breaker by any means, seeing the monthly executions numbers faster than once every 24hrs. Deeper documentation on integration setup
