Its integration with other tools has been solid in comparison to similar tools I have used. It easily brings in contacts and assigns them to a sequence, tracks engagement and gives us insights on ways to reach out to the clients.
Simple UI hence it's easy to use for a novice.
It has an incredibly powerful user interface and the analytics are very strong. The automatic sequences are super helpful in making sure we are staying in consistent contact with our prospects when trying to get a hold of them.
Linking up information to incorrect fields can be a bit challenging to undo and it can allow deeper customization on the web version.
There are bugs in some important parts of the product which makes it difficult to navigate at times it's a good product. Also, it would be good if they also help with sales navigator integration to sync contacts and their cell phone numbers.
One thing I could mention would be the large amount of homepage buttons that I have to do so many clicks to add prospect personal notes.
