Its integration with other tools has been solid in comparison to similar tools I have used. It easily brings in contacts and assigns them to a sequence, tracks engagement and gives us insights on ways to reach out to the clients.

Simple UI hence it's easy to use for a novice.

It has an incredibly powerful user interface and the analytics are very strong. The automatic sequences are super helpful in making sure we are staying in consistent contact with our prospects when trying to get a hold of them.

Dislike

Linking up information to incorrect fields can be a bit challenging to undo and it can allow deeper customization on the web version.

There are bugs in some important parts of the product which makes it difficult to navigate at times it's a good product. Also, it would be good if they also help with sales navigator integration to sync contacts and their cell phone numbers.

One thing I could mention would be the large amount of homepage buttons that I have to do so many clicks to add prospect personal notes.

    Solid tool to pre program sequences and sales engagement data

    Analytics of sales pipeline and engagement are essential for revenue generation for any organization. Upscale is a good platform to streamline your sales process. I rate it on the higher side due to its capability of multichannel outreach at affordable pricing. Usecase of upscale for both inbound and outbound helps a lot for higher closure rates and keeping track. Integration with HubSpot is seamless as well. Overall experience with upscale for the past 6 months has been good for us with decent customer support.
