What I like most is how easy it is to set up sequences and monitor the activities of the bdr team. It also offer crucial features as the Heatmap.
- Keeps you organized across multiple channels to ensure you are hitting your touchpoints - Good analytics on when people answer the phone and what emails are working - Can build sequences pretty easily helping take time out of manual campaign processes
The local caller ID feature is very powerful
I feel like the interface can be overwhelming at first. Especially with all the features available. As a manager onboarding a team it can require some time before bdrs are comfortable using it.
- There no smart search that pulls up top responses based on what you have typed (e.g. Type in Qual and it doesn't pull up suggested account options). - You can't edit sequence steps by moving them dynamically, you need to go through the process of moving a step up one click at a time. Wastes time and isn't intuitive - Deliverability on email seems non-existent. Based on our own anecdotal research it seems like it's 4-5X worse than a regular email provider. The tracking doesn't seem accurate either
Not being able to sync my Salesforce account notes with the Outreach account notes to see them at a glance
