The lost cost is a big plus for us. It's also very simple to learn so it doesn't take away loads of time for training. Works well on different devices as well.
It's a very cost effective way to run A/B testing dynamically, especially on the client side. It allows us lots of flexibility in how we design our tests and is easy to train new team members on when they join.
cost, easy of use and integration
It can sometimes crash and customer service can take a while to hear back from. However, it doesn't crash often, and you barely need customer service intervention. But it would be helpful to speed up that process.
Overall, this is a very good product. However, it would be nice if there was an API that we could use here to automate tests and further integrate into various areas of our business.
