1. I personally do not like the vehicle management service as it does not provide real time data 2. There is a delay in connecting to the wireless service and then getting the data transferred from the assets to the server 3. It also does not provide recommendations for improving the metrics and KPIs
Verizon consistently has operational and billing issues that need to be frequently addressed.
We need better alarm filtering. We are receiving alarms that are difficult to understand how they impact our subscribers. International roaming is still complicated and needs to be simplified and streamlined.
