It brings data prep, model training, deployment, monitoring, and MLOps into a single environment, which greatly simplifies workflows. It supports both AutoML (for low-code needs) and custom model development, while also integrating tightly with other Google Cloud services

Steep Learning Curve: Requires significant technical expertise to get up and started and to optimize. Cost: Can become expensive at scale, especially with high query volumes. Requires careful monitoring. Limited documentation: Google has never had great documentation and this is no exception, especially for advanced use cases.

I think customization for user experience could be better. I would like better display settings in how well it integrates to other system settings. I would like better communication for troubleshooting.

It can feel overwhelming and complex at first, especially for teams new to ML or Google Cloud infrastructure, and setup often requires deep familiarity with cloud concepts. Also, documentation isnt always as clear as it could be. The costs can also be high once you start training and deploying heavier models at scale.
