I have a very average experience with VRA.Provisioning vm's in a faster way by auto deployments using template is a useful feature in our environment. Since our environment drastically changes we keep on provisioning & deleting vm's regularly. In that way we consider very useful. But it's not a user-friendly tool & not ease of setup and managing.

Provides drag and drop functionality for managing the automation of administration. Very intuitive and user friendly interface. Have had excellent support for the product.
Creating templates for each component , whenever multiple vm's required we will deploy in shorter time. applying vulnerability vix for multiple vm's at a time. multi cloud support is one of the best feature of VRA.

Complex initial setup. Time consuming setup. Had to consult VMware experts for setup in our environment.
oh , it's very tough to setup & configure. Vmware should consider this. We struggled a lot for migration from VRA 7 to version 8.Actually these kind of diffculties make the customer to feel bad about the product. My personal opinion is which ever the product is not easy to deply/manage/migrate will fail in market , exactly the same with VRA.
