I like how its tightly integrated into vsphere, vsan, and NSX. they all work together under one platform. it gives me enterprise grade reliability and automation without lots of complexity under the hood.
This product has all of the features we need to manage our VMWare solution. It's relatively bug free. It's also very familiar to someone who has used VMWare solutions in the past.
Integration with the VMware world, easy transition from On-premise to Cloud.
Its on the expensive side for sure, especially when scaling out. while powerful, some of the patching and upgrading can be time consuming.
The product is extremely expensive. It's also not tailorable at all, meaning you have to buy every single feature there is, even though we don't use many of them. Support is not good and sales is hard to deal with.
The sore point is obviously the costs that VMware no longer shows any signs of making accessible to small businesses.
