The three things I like most about Site 24x7 are: 1. Real-time alerting: This lets me know when something is wrong (even if I'm away from my desk) so I can quickly work to resolve the issue. 2. Monitoring: This provides deep insights on our infrastructure, allowing me to identify devices that may be underutilized or need more resources. 3. Dashboard: We have a monitor set up in our department that just shows the current status of our environment. Each monitored device is represented by a colored block. If a block is not green, we can easily identify it and research it, all by just glancing at the dashboard.
