Strong platform with vocera badges and secure texting. Very little downtime in the last 3 years. Easy to train new hires on it.

As a technical administrator and servicer of the product, the product and service are simple to use. However, our clinical staff across all of our organization seem to disagree. Our Vocera communication platform has been wrought with issues since deployment. It has become a point of contention between clinical staff, the unions, and the administration.
