It has a built-in and self-service portal. This software is a robust tool used to enhance user experience, also, it minimizes the cost of voice services.
Surprised with how well it works, and how unaffected the user experience seems to be after implementation. Easy to use, and low maintenance. Great!
1. Voice Bot use case and Virtual Agent 2. Conversational IVR to make customers engaged on a call 3. Agent Assist and Customer Out call is made easier 4. This allows you to pick the best provider for Bot Framework and Speech Services
Customization needs to be improved in order to achieve higher results.
Integration with other tools could be better, specially when compared to some competitors, but it's something the company is working on. Voice Biometrics I haven't experience with yet, but seems a dangerous area..
1. We face glitches with the Loss of Connectivity to Customers at times 2. Bot Framework Services error happens in rare cases which are minimal and the rectification also 3. when an error occurs in the Voice AI during the Ongoing Call and then it leads to Disconnection of the Conversation with the Bot
