The enterprise fax toolkit, the porting team and ease of deployment at scale stand out the most for me. The platform is designed to meet the needs of large, high volume, complex environments without the friction typically associated with large enterprise fax migrations. While also being perfectly suitable for small to medium businesses. Porting is handled efficiently by an experienced internal team, which reduces project risk and shortens deployment timelines. These capabilities are especially valuable in healthcare environments, where large-scale fax migrations must be executed quickly and reliably without disrupting workflows.
Based on my experience as a consultant deploying many enterprise fax platforms over the past 15 years, there are typically tradeoffs or limitations that become apparent over time. In our experience implementing WestFax over several years, the areas that previously required improvement have been addressed through ongoing product and service enhancements. As a result, I don't have any issues that currently stand out as a dislike about the product.
