No. 1 is that it keeps track of all changes and revisions to any document and who made those changes. 2nd that we can easily check previous revisions and identify what changed and why. 3rd is the fact all documents related to one product can be linked to it so it is easy to navigate and find exactly what you need without knowing exact document numbers or names.

The intuitive dashboard allows for easy pulling of document statuses and reports, and the powerful search feature makes it easy to find documents quickly. The support team is responsive and professional, which makes the experience more pleasant.
I dislike that sometimes the screen can be convoluted and too full which makes scanning for information tougher. There is a slight learning curve to learn the shortcuts, tutorials on the site would be good. Can't think of a 3rd!
not very user friendly and a steep learning curve compared to other PLM systems.
There are features that could be improved such as multiple workflows for a single document type and customization of notifications.
