Performance of Windows 365 Across Market Features
Windows 365 Likes & Dislikes
The most notable thing about the Microsoft Windows 365 365 suite is the broad coverage it provides for businesses that need more than just the office suite (things like excel, word, outlook etc..) As an IT Cyber and Infra operations manager, the business can utilise the full e5 suite and take full advantage of the additional tools like cloud app security and Microsoft SharePoint for file sharing across the business and external suppliers.
The OneDrive and file sharing capabilities are great for internal, live collaboration
With Windows 365 providing us a very centralized and collaborative experience - what I like most is that it empowers us to perform better remotely. Business processes, especially logging-on to most tools is streamlined with the use of one MS credential and this saves time and boosts our efficiency while not compromising security. Collaboration is also highly encouraged since our progress is saved in real-time and you do not have to worry about pressing ctrls (save) every single time.
The main things i dislike about the service are that Microsoft does update it frequently and quite likes to change where tools sit in different menus, this can be confusing to the end user. The second thing I don't like about this service is the way it forces you to use some products that might not necessarily be something you want to dive into, things like adding Co-pilot as the home page for the Office 365 centre. The final thing I don't like is that the minimum licence count for an enterprise agreement is 500, it should be around 350 for smaller businesses that spread out their types of licences across the board.
Too many prompts to re-sign in, not enough AI, more organization capabilities would be nice (on an individual level or collaborating across the company), more integrations with our tech stack.
It is a subscription-based service so if you are going to pay this or be reminded that you are paying for this on a monthly basis; you might feel that the cost is just adding up - it's just basic psychology, I think. So it's better if you sign up for a yearly plan since it also saves you a bit on the cost.

Broad Feature Coverage and Frequent Updates in Windows 365
We are a full Microsoft house utilising E3 + E5 Step up, as well as E5 for around 1000 users. Microsoft is one of the biggest giants in the business for user productivity, and the simplicity is unmatched even when comparing to alternatives. I have had a positive experience in general supporting the operations of the business using 365. - Customer Service & Support Associate50M-1B USDHealthcare and BiotechReview Source
Windows 365 Enables Centralized Access and Real-Time Remote Team Collaboration
We recently transitioned from another service provider to Windows 365 about a year ago and overall, it has been a very easy breezy experience. If I were to summarize everything into 2 words I would say: Centralized and Collaborative would sum them up. Centralized in the sense that prior to our migration, our tools were scattered all over different providers and we would need separate log ins for all of them; but now with Windows 365 we can just log in with our MS account for almost everything. This also facilitated more collaboration among team members since everyone has cloud access - work is automatically saved and every team member has access to the file that we were working on. - Operations Associate<50M USDMiscellaneousReview Source
Windows 365 Integrates Workspace Tools Smoothly but Faces Glitches and Interface Clutter
I use Windows 365 daily for spreadsheets, writing in word documents, creating presentations, and meetings and emails. It is a complete workspace, and provides me everything I need to get my work done. I have had some minor technical glitches, but overall it functions very well. - Engineer50M-1B USDSoftwareReview Source
Remote Work Simplified With Windows 365 but Subscription Costs May Add Up
Our overall experience with Windows 365 has been good so far. We have been using it mostly to provide a consistent environment for the members, without having to provision a physical machine. - It Associate50M-1B USDTelecommunicationReview Source
Saves time daily, but the manus could be smarter
This platform has genuinely made my day-to-day work easier. I was a bit hesitant about the switch at first, but i was surprised by how intuitive it is. the features actually do what they're supposed to without any glitches, and I've definitely noticed that my routing tasks take less time than they used to. Overall, it's been a solid upgrade for my workflow.
