File transfers and web service communication is quite fast and more secure with no manual intervention.

I like that it brings a newer version than windows 2016, which is a bit outdated. I'm sure it comes with more features that can be utilized as well.

The browser based windows admin center is good but it does tend to force me to legacy consoles for deep level configurations.

Licensing can be expensive, especially with many cores. Many new features only become truly valuable when used with Azure. Some open-source tools run better on Linux.
