Overall I would say that my experience has been positive. It's a flexible and affordable solution that works well for mid-to-large organizations looking to modernize their service operations. The UI is intuitive, automation options are solid, and ethe platform integrates well with other tools. While there's still some room for improvement in reporting and advanced analytics, Wolken provides exellent value.
