Strong reporting functionality and design capabilities. The tool has continued to improve with Scenario functionality and recent testing of AI support.
The tool has an Excel plug-in which is helpful when used.
I like how I can make the budget and all the financial planning in one place in a well organized manner and my whole team can work together so which speeds up the process. The user interface is pretty user friendly and easy to understand.
There are challenges in shifting to new models or re-vamping our model structure as our business changes, while trying to keep prior versions compatible with new reporting.
There has been no product innovation in the past few years and is falling behind competitors at a rapid pace. Customer support is none existence and our reliance on consultants to fix our problems is way too high.
I would say the report is kind of limited as it needs excel with export data to works great and when I am managing the user role that feels I am doing too much work manually.
