The system lets us make detailed changes to our academic programmes which matches our school's needs. The system generates useful details about student populations and results from course assessments.
What I like the most about the product is how it guides students in finding information about the courses in real time. For students that also work on campus, the platform helps them enter hours worked on campus as well as grades obtained for the courses. I can also use the platform to view financial information about grants and benefits.
New Ideation Hub for customer input, has Artificial Intelligence behind it, but customers lack visibility to where their idea is in the pipeline and what ideas other customers have submitted. We believe more improvements are coming on this.
The current platform has serious problems transferring data correctly between Workday Student and older external systems. Different systems produce separate data stores that need to be manually checked and matched between them.
Sometimes the ability to base choices on data is limited because important systems cannot exchange information smoothly. There are issues with transferring data correctly between Workday Student and other legacy systems.
