As I am familiar with Facebook so it is easy for me to catch up on it also the internal communication of organization gets better with it as we can news update and announcements which keeps everyone upto date.

I am impressed by how the workplace allows us to share the update of my company swiftly also it works great across different devices which makes it reliable to use. The interface makes daily life communication much more engaging.
I would say it is not so good for project management as it misses some deep functionalities and also it is beginning to be shut down by Meta so needs to migrate.
it's another thing to look at and I usually forget. Sometimes when you log on you see a few uninteresting posts and then I click it away. Need to find a better way to filter content.
I would it can get a bit messy because of nixing the social and professional life also some of the features in collaboration feel a bit limited.
