As I am familiar with Facebook so it is easy for me to catch up on it also the internal communication of organization gets better with it as we can news update and announcements which keeps everyone upto date.

I like how it enhances the organizations culture as everyone can celebrate each others milestones. It works impressively well across devices so I can use it when I am on the go. I can interact with others posts by reacting, commenting and also can share the posts.
I would say it is not so good for project management as it misses some deep functionalities and also it is beginning to be shut down by Meta so needs to migrate.
it's another thing to look at and I usually forget. Sometimes when you log on you see a few uninteresting posts and then I click it away. Need to find a better way to filter content.
The features are not so advanced and a bit basic. Also, searching for specific posts is not so easy.
