For Linux also, they have given minimal control on the endpoint compared to Citrix & MS Intune solution. 3. Remote assistance feature was the 1 feature that all the customers would like to use, admins can easily take the remote control of the end users device.
We like the powerful scripting and sensor capabilities of macOS. It allows us to go beyond standard profiles and automate complex administrative tasks and data collection.
It is easy to install and set up, utilising SSO. Once Workspace One has been downloaded, it automatically downloads the necessary apps for your work which saves time. and makes the end users life easier.
1. Omnissa should provide the deployment articles to help the admins for configuration. 2. For the Linux side, they need to introduce the profiles like Windows & MAC.
As an on-premise customer, we struggle with inconsistent console performance (slowness) and the sheer complexity of keeping all the server components updated.
When looking through the Workspace One app catalogue, the search bar isn't very intuitive so it can be hard to find apps that you wish to download. I don't have any other strong dislikes about the product from an end user perspective.
