1. I like that it ensures that everything I create reflects the company's brand voice and tone since consistency is a company priority. 2. It saves me time by generating content and drafts quickly and accurately. For example, when I am creating a blog with Writer rather than from scratch. 3. I like that the Writer operations team is able to create agents in the tone and voice of the executives so that we can quickly draft content for them and send it over for their approval. Also, agents for internal creation (sales enablement and slack posts) are convenient to use because they understand the context of our business.

1. License access to Writer at my company is quite limited since the roll out has been in a phased approach. I am on the team with the person in charge of the Writer relationship so we are in the first phase of the implementation process. 2. I don't like that not everyone can create their own agents/use cases. We have to go through a process to get agents approved which restricts customization for different use cases. 3. Sometimes the content needs more refinement and context of our product's capabilities and features so it is often producing a rough draft, not finalized copy
