Xacta is an easy to use platform that allows me to quickly and eeasily manage my IT and Cyber Risk Management activities. 2. the platform offers a comprehensive set of tools to help me identify, assess, and mitigate risk. 3. It provies real-time updates and reports that help me stay on top of any changes or potential threats. 4. Xacta also offers automated complaince with industry satndards and regulations, making it easy to maintain a secure environment.
It allows you to assign roles to multiple users. Very granular in permissions assignments. The dashboards are a nice feature to provide overviews of compliance.
This product has great customization features. Work flows, permissions, and roles give this granularity not seen in other products in this market.
I feel Xacta is heading in a right direction and there is not so much to dislike about. But, I feel to mention that no doubt, Xacta does provide a lot of features and benefits, it can be difficult to navigate for those with limited technical experience.
User interface is less than intuitive. Using attachments in the tool is a pain (e.g. Word documents or images). Seemed to have a lot of integration dependencies.
Opening files and attaching documents can be a pain when using the Xacta web interface.

Powerful tool for risk management and analysis, but not very intuitive.
Utilized this product as an end-user. It provided a means to document and assess the NIST 800-53 Risk Management Framework Lifecycle. I felt it was a decent tool with good executive reporting tools and dashboards. Not the easiest tool to integrate, but it works
Product works well, but customization created great complexity. Upgrading between versions was often severely complicated because of complexities associated with the underlying database. Vendor is slow to implement product imprvoements based on our requests...our agency seemed to be second fiddle to other government agencies even though we have the second largest user base in the community. All said, the product works
