I very much enjoy the ability to see traffic so granularly. Being able to effectively filter to see what traffic needs to be reviewed before enforcing.

Deployment of the agent across the servers and instant support and dedicated managed operations resource allotted to our project makes it more convincing. Reporting part is well defined and gives clear visibility of the overall segmentation structure.

I like that it was very easy to get Xshield installed and functioning. I like the fact that Xshield's features like traffic monitoring, agent-level insight, and graphical topologies are all packed into one platform. ColorTokens has been attentive throughout the entire process and has made us feel prioritized.

1. Sometimes, especially under a decent load, system tasks take a while to complete. Normally this is not an issue, but it can become worrisome when trying to fix an issue in production. 2. Coming from the old platform, the ability to group assets was much easier with workload groups. Now that it has changed to segments, it is a little hard to navigate. 3. Offboarding of the agents in comparison to the old platform is a little confusing. It would be worth having more documentation on the platform.

Frequent portal upgrades make the accessibility confusing, and I have to relearn everything from scratch. In-turn, training is required to be well versed with the console. Sometimes the site seems to be slow and takes an ample amount of time to load

The part I dislike about any microsegmentation solution is that it demands attention and focus.
