I very much enjoy the ability to see traffic so granularly. Being able to effectively filter to see what traffic needs to be reviewed before enforcing.
I like the overall wealth of information the product provides to our team as far as networking goes.
The management dashboard is of great help.
1. Sometimes, especially under a decent load, system tasks take a while to complete. Normally this is not an issue, but it can become worrisome when trying to fix an issue in production. 2. Coming from the old platform, the ability to group assets was much easier with workload groups. Now that it has changed to segments, it is a little hard to navigate. 3. Offboarding of the agents in comparison to the old platform is a little confusing. It would be worth having more documentation on the platform.
The product can seen a bit overwhelming due to the sheer amount of information displayed to the user when navigating through the menus. Verbage can also be hard to understand until you learn it.
That the agent doesn't run on older OS versions.
