Widget gallery (I love the pre-built widgets. Adding a live clock, local weather forecast, or a scrolling news ticker takes just seconds and makes the screen look professional instantly.) Offline playback (the peace of mind is great - the content downloads to the player, so even if our office Wi-Fi goes down, the screen keeps playing without going black. Scheduling simplicity (Setting the screens to turn off automatically at night and wake up in the morning was just a simple checkbox, saving us power without manual work.
It is incredibly flexible and allows us to have different user groups with multiple users from different locations able to update their own content only. We can quickly display business messaging across the whole estate with from one central place whilst still giving local autonomy. The pricing model is clear and transparent, making it really easy to budget.
Very fast and nice support
Text editor limitations (the built-in text editor is functional but a bit basic.) Wi-Fi setup (while the software is great, the initial hardware setup (connecting the player to a hidden Wi-Fi network) was a bit finicky and required a few tries.
It was a little difficult to configure in the early days. Whilst it is as simple as plug and go, if you are in networked office or environment, you will need support from your IT team to get past any network Security snags. There is also quite a complex content hierarchy and the knowledge base isn't the clearest. Give yourself time to test and learn before mass deployment.
