We have been Synack customers for many years. I continue to be impressed with the quality of Synack's findings, which speaks to the quality of their security researchers. Synack meets with us regularly to get feedback from us and make any tweaks as needed to their offering for our use case. They are very hands on. Optimal Workshop is good for some methods and not so much for others. It fills a necessary gap in your tool suite, but is not an all-encompassing solution. Because its sweet spot is in tree tests and card sorts, which determine info architecture and navigation, it's typically not a tool that's needed continuously year after year, but can be critical for a moment in time.
