Performance of Z-Series Across Market Features
Z-Series Likes & Dislikes
The ease of use regarding the client application. We have many employees that are non-technical able to use the software with little training. The security is ease to setup and granular enough to support multiple departments and video functions. Video exporting is quick and we are able to comply with law enforcement as well as other bodies without issue. We like the layout video options, allowing our employees the ability to view select cameras with little setup. We like that the software has no issues connecting to the Axis IP cameras we own without configuration or connection issues.
Easy implementation and the software updates are easy to understand. Integration with other systems is a huge plus.
The people I invite to join a call do not need as many requirements. I can simply send them an invitation through a link by e-mail, instant message, text message or even a phone call to give them a link and an identification number for the call. If you already have the Zoom application, the link takes you directly to the call. If not, the application is downloaded and installed to join the meeting. I can even invite more people to join the call after it is already in progress.
We would like more integration with our door access control system. There is very little to no integration at this time. We would also like integration with a cloud platform, so that we could have local and cloud IP cameras supported by one console. We would also like gun noise capture and alert technology added to their solution. So that should our cameras have microphones, we could be alerted should a gun shot occur. Face ID capability would also be nice, allowing for the video tracking of an individual across the system.
I do not have an dislikes about this product.
Zoom, it works under the freemium model, this means that there is a basic option of the tool that we can try for free. However if we want to have added features or more power, in this case, more meeting time, we have to contract one of the paid versions. Sometimes it is possible to have audio problems, maybe due to a bad internet connection. Also in the middle of a presentation it is possible that some other participant comes to sabotage said presentation, since there is no permit from who can show or handle any presentation on the screen.

Exacq Z-Series Review
The Exacq Z series server and software helps ensure security to our campus by providing an easy to use video surveillance system. The server and software are specifically configured to optimize video capture and playback. The solution supports a wide range of video cameras. The solution is easy to administer and support. The client software is intuitive and authorized personnel do not have issues. The solution does support limited web based access and it is mobile app accessible. This small to medium business solution is packed with security features that help our campus stay safe and meet our compliance standards. We find it easy to monitor as well as play back video as needed and it is easy to export in whatever format is needed. - IT Systems ManagerGov't/PS/EdEducationReview Source
Z-Series NVR for the win

calls with video for groups
a tool that offers us high-definition video calls for groups and best of all, it's free, works with an Internet connection. not only offers video calls but also text talks and even allows any member of the group to share a computer screen with others. It works on Mac, Windows PCs, iPhones and iPads and any group call can be done with a combination of these devices. - Senior Executive1B-10B USDManufacturingReview Source
