Fast, reliable, scalable. Offers an enormous quantity of official templates that will let you save a lot of time during the configuration. Can be customized and integrated with other tools, API service is very powerful. All these features in a modern tool. Last but not least you can rely on a large community of users, and official support plans will let you sleep peacefully.

Suited for users who prefer Terminal and command line Forums and Community can help but they are very slow to respond.

- Great Scalability - Huge Community - Intuitive GUI for the actual user of the system

There isn't a specific thing i don't like, but when you start using Zabbix you need to take your time as the tool is wide and in some cases a bit complex.

Setting up a front end server using MySQL to have a web GUI portal can be long and time consuming. Steep learning curve using Terminal/Bash along with online tutorials and various tools. Very steep cost to have support write new templates/migrate data from the existing platform.

The GUI could get a refresh to loke more modern. But this actually is only a cosmetic thing. It's intuitive and that matters most. The dependency handling is one of the weaknesses of the tool. There no easy dependencies managed by the structure. Instead we ended up with scripting the so called trigger dependencies to fulfil our needs
