Suited for users who prefer Terminal and command line Forums and Community can help but they are very slow to respond.
Its flexibility and the level of detail it gives when monitoring. You can monitor a wide range of components that gives an in-depth level review of your environment.
The GUI could get a refresh to loke more modern. But this actually is only a cosmetic thing. It's intuitive and that matters most. The dependency handling is one of the weaknesses of the tool. There no easy dependencies managed by the structure. Instead we ended up with scripting the so called trigger dependencies to fulfil our needs
Setting up a front end server using MySQL to have a web GUI portal can be long and time consuming. Steep learning curve using Terminal/Bash along with online tutorials and various tools. Very steep cost to have support write new templates/migrate data from the existing platform.
The initial setup can be quite complex, expecially if your environment is large. It can take some time to properly configure all the templates and triggers to match your infrastructure.
