We are using Zip procurement software for almost year now. Zip has been exceptional in terms of workflows, visual approval workflows, customer support, AI Agents and much more. It has vendor portal where vendors can directly upload their documents, Bills etc.. Zip AI and OCR scanning capabilities are top notch.

Amazing UI/UX - Zip reinvents the procurement process and makes it much easier to onboard vendors, request contract review, etc.

I am really impressed with ZIP for our procurement management. We previously used some other S2P, which worked for our needs, so many at the organization were not pleased with the transition. However, ZIP has really brought our processes to the next level. The customization process is insane and allows us to set certain amounts requested for purchase orders that trigger certain workstreams i.e. if it is below $X it may only need 1 approval while if it is above $Y it may need 3 additional approvals. Also, based on your answers to the questions - you can decide if, say, your security, privacy, or legal teams need to be involved in the process. The onboarding was very easy. My only frustrations so far have been 1) the inability to increase the amount of a virtual card after creation and 2) the inability to skip some questions which aren't relevant i.e. vendor name/ email addresses for purchases that are just on a normal consumer level.

We were one of the first users and collaborators on the ZIP platform. What they have created in terms of a pure sourcing and procurement intake tool has been awesome.
