We switched to Zoho projects because we wanted to have a project management software that had dependencies built in, and it appeared that Zoho was the solution to that problem. However, we found it REALLY hard to train our team members on how to find things within the software, and there were just too many ways to "break" it and mess up a project. As the admin, I felt like I was spending more time going in and fixing things that users accidentally messed up than I was getting project work done.
In addition, the user interface was awkward. Users consistently complained about the relative font sizes, the color scheme, and the odd spacing in lists of items. They felt like they had to think really hard about how to find anything, even the users who were in the product all the time.
