Very happy with the pricing, integration with our Zoho suite and ease of use with our preset templates.
Good interface and user friendly. You can send numerous types of documents and files like OCs, Reports, contracts, partnership deeds, rent agreements,etc. All are delivered instantly and you can even track it down through the number. Without the code, the file won't be able to unlock. Once signed, the receiver can send it back. The app is really efficient and time saver.
I like that Zoho Sign is both mobile and secure. Legally, Zoho Sign signatures are recognized.
1) Lacks some advanced features that competitors carry - like advanced authentication 2) While we like the Zoho integrations, it could do better with more integrations with 3rd parties 3) The analytics for Zoho Sign are a bit on the basic end.
Free trials are not provided and not recommended for small scale industries from my end. It is simple to use yet it takes time to upload even small size docs.
Zoho Sign has outdone our expectations.
