This is a very strong solution for our team - it works well within our Zoho suite. I am very impressed with Zoho Sign.

Zoho sign can be easily connected with CRM tools and modules. A highly secured digital signature app that puts all documents in one place and well arranged. However it is not as cost effective I thought. Some attributes are really costly to use and no free trials are provided. On the contrary you can customise it as per your needs and its less time consuming. Teams such as legal and financial do use it on daily basis and the feedback is commendable. But it is also very slow. Takes time to upload documents and you have to be very patient.
