1) Time tracking - Built-in timesheets / time logging is great and easy to manage 2) Scrum Boards - like the Kanban style drag and drop boards with the customizable columns. Easy to use and manage. 3) Ability to add custom fields for tracking unique business needs

Zoho sprints is very easy to install and easy-to-use service. There is not much learning curve required. You can quickly understand all the necessary features and start using them. It is very easy to assign task to team members and you can also see inputs from each one of them.

Zoho Sprints offers features that foster team collaboration such as task comments, mentions and file attachments. As a tester, this real time feedback mechanism was beneficial for tracking progress and knowing when to start particular user stories.

1) Limited to Scrum, which isn't ideal if you are looking for other idealogies 2) Great integrations within the Zoho Suite but limited 3rd party integrations compared to others 3) Enterprise features are solid but limited compared to other services (Portfolio Management / Resource Management)

Features available in the free version are very limited. Even though the product is not very costly, but we would have liked to have additional features in trial version before making the final purchase.

The paid plans are a bit pricey. It should be more reasonable. Also customer support team should be more responsive.

As a tester i was able to signup quickly with a free trial and navigate the user interface easily. Its interface is clean, modern and intuitive. Its ability to manage task dependencies is very useful. It also integrates with Zoho's timesheet feature for tracking hours worked.
