The ease of useability
It has a lot of different options and apps. So if you need something it probably has it, but then when you dive deep it has a lot of holes in the implementation and at the end it lacks functionalities that you need.

Navigation can be difficult at times
1. The support is awful. I've tried multiple times to fix small issues and it becomes a hassle to get so good support from the Zoho team. They don't understand sometimes, and sometimes you try to do your best to explain what is happening but they understand something else and don't give the correct information. 2. Oversights on almost all the Apps. I don't have the exact ones here but since the support is awful I go to forums and AI to get more information and find that some issues have been going on for more than 6 years. 3. Not great response if you need a partner in your area. I need a Zoho partner that is reliable because the previous one wasn't and I don't know where to start looking.
