It has a lot of different options and apps. So if you need something it probably has it, but then when you dive deep it has a lot of holes in the implementation and at the end it lacks functionalities that you need.
All-in-one: Zoho Workplace integrates with email, docs, chat and storage. Teamwork: A document can be co-edited by multiple team members simultaneously. This, in turn, solves for them the problem of version control. New Users Can Start Right Away: The basic interface allows very little training to get started with it.

1. The support is awful. I've tried multiple times to fix small issues and it becomes a hassle to get so good support from the Zoho team. They don't understand sometimes, and sometimes you try to do your best to explain what is happening but they understand something else and don't give the correct information. 2. Oversights on almost all the Apps. I don't have the exact ones here but since the support is awful I go to forums and AI to get more information and find that some issues have been going on for more than 6 years. 3. Not great response if you need a partner in your area. I need a Zoho partner that is reliable because the previous one wasn't and I don't know where to start looking.
Mobile experience: A number of tools, including Zoho Writer, are like children who have lost their fathers on a phone and consequently do not work very well. Some icons with a brushed metallic finish and a new font would make the appearance better immediately. Support delays a few lines of question get an answer in a very short time. However, if the problem is complicated, and tangled, it may still be there even after several days. Technicians are very polite, but time is running out while you are waiting for the next answer.

Zoho Workplace Suitable for Daily Work But Filled with Reliability Issues
Zoho Workplace is solid for day to day work. But it has a lot of weird issues that other apps don't. Sometimes apps inside zoho are not so reliable and the fixes can only be reviewed by the zoho team. Things like not being able to delete in bulk emails from a shared mailbox seems to me like a very big oversight. I think it works for the every day necessities but it could be so much better at doing a lot of stuff.
