The product does exactly what it's supposed to do as far as managing expenses and fraud closely. The product is easy to use and there is a lot of info about each application on the company website. The best part of the service is our Appzen customer success manager. He is great at communication, he is there when we need him, he knows the product well and can assist with smaller issues that don't require a ticket, and he provides us with very valuable feedback each quarter that has helped us increase auto approvals, decrease spending, and be more aggressive with fraud prevention.
