    The product does exactly what it's supposed to do as far as managing expenses and fraud closely. The product is easy to use and there is a lot of info about each application on the company website. The best part of the service is our Appzen customer success manager. He is great at communication, he is there when we need him, he knows the product well and can assist with smaller issues that don't require a ticket, and he provides us with very valuable feedback each quarter that has helped us increase auto approvals, decrease spending, and be more aggressive with fraud prevention. Very innovative company that is always forward thinking about their customers experience.

    they are very responsive to all our questions and issues. we've had the same account manager for a while which has been helpful in gaining a working relationship. Other software programs switch managers every six months and we can’t form relationships with them. the account manager makes an effort to answer our questions and provide suggestions on improving our adaptation of the software.
