I like the ability to have real-time reporting.
Abacus's mobile app is very easy to use, especially while traveling for work. Overall it is a very easy tool to use for submitting expenses and tracking reimbursements.
- Customizability is high, but slows down integration time frame - Support is lacking when things go wrong, it's difficult to get quick replies - Occasional bugs don't get corrected quickly even after getting in contact with support
I wish that I had a little more flexibility with the integration. For example, Abacus cannot sync information to a prepaid module that I use with Sage Intacct.
Abacus is really meant for expense reimbursement and is not good for things like submitting purchase orders or other types of payment requests.
