I like how the approval process works. The ability to specify which cost center should be used per credit card and above all, the ability to automatically send receipts to a specific for each credit card. using a dedicated mailbox
The software allows the user to find and search for any type of information, which is very user friendly. The transaction details page gives you ample information. The platform interface between other software(s) is seamless.
Mesh has an easy to navigate user interface which makes the process of onboarding for new employees a relatively easy one. With the ability to create new cards, set charging limits and organize them into categories, it has never been easier to track our expenses.
The dedicated credit card mailboxes do not have an option to authorize rceiving of billing information which can render them useless for some vendors (e.g Google workspace which mandates the billing recipient to approve receiving billing information).

I haven't encountered anything that I dislike about the product. It has been the easiest payment tracking platform I've come across.
