What I like most about this product is the integration with other platforms such as Concur Travel, second it is customized as per company policy and provides a clear overview of what is allowed and it is very flexible when it comes to reimbursement of expenses after I come back from my trip to do the expense reporting.

Initial setup and configuration can be time consuming New users find it difficult to navigate and explore all the functionalities of concur New users require training or documentation to start with it Advanced customization options are not always easy and straightforward

The UI is a little old fashioned, I found it (from a user's perspective) a bit clunky, and adding receipts was probably harder than it should be. It's not the most customisable option available, so if tailoring reports is important, I'd probably look elsewhere. Booking travel (trains etc.) through the platform isn't the easiest and making changes to those booking even less so

What I dislike about this service is the processing time of the reimbursement of expenses. It can take some days before it is completed, hence the workflow can be improved to shorten processing times, second the user interface can be made more simple especially the part where to select the dates which are linked to per diem expenses, and third make the support part more flexible in providing specific how to guides for each step.
