A good enough UI for a useful tool. Competition will be hard, and this tool already could be substituted by putting together other tools. The advantage here is to have an accessible UI that integrates multiple solution to create your desired outcome. The UI doesn't have much depth, it won't give your company the feeling of using a modern solution, but the advantage will be to build the specific tool you need in that specific scenario.

    Improving Business Operations Using Workfusion's Document Processing Automation

    Workfusion is our tool of choice when it comes to automation use cases with document processing. OCR capabilities combined with RPA and BPM in one integrated automation platform allow us to implement automations in an effective and efficient manner. A typical use case is having multiple PDF forms that may have a different layout, training the model to find the required data attributes from the forms and process those in an RPA robot (e.g. input the data into our business applications). Over the last years we have successfully implemented many use cases showing FTE savings, increased efficiency, ruled out human errors, and closed integration gaps where no technical interface automation was possible.
