The thing that I like most about the product is that it is easy to integrate and has a seamless failover process. It is very easy to test recovery scenarios. It gives me the confidence that my system is protected and can be recovered quickly if needed.

3rd party managed, so significantly lower overhead than having to manage it ourself.

The replication of IT systems, adaptability based on sudden new demands from the customer, excellent encryption and very knowledgeable support handling all the needs of who knows what they're dealing with and experts at the same time.

The service performs well, but the interface could be more intuitive and responsive. At times, the recovery testing and generation of the report takes more time than expected which creates a bit of a bad user experience. More flexibility in scheduling backups would make the product even better.

Long delays in implementation and delays in support availability due to time difference between us and support team.

Integrating the DRaaS with the legacy systems or highly customized systems could be hard and can need additional configurations as an area to be worked in the future.
