As a part of IT team, this service is very popular among many organizations. The most popular features of this service are not limited to reliability and speed of the recovery. This platform also offers seamless automation, clear visibility into the recovery process and has very minimal downtime while performing failover testing.

3rd party managed, so significantly lower overhead than having to manage it ourself.

They excel at Account Management, specifically bringing together SMEs to aid the design and implementation stages.

Overall, this product performs outstanding, but some users may find the initial setup and configuration complex when they try to do integration with hybrid environments. Reporting tools could be better and provide more real time insights. Price is also slightly higher compared to other similar products, normally for small scale deployments.

Long delays in implementation and delays in support availability due to time difference between us and support team.

The backup solution and specifically the underlying commercial calculation has been difficult to grasp, however this issue has been recognised by 11:11 and overcome through an offered commercial agreement - once again showing excellent Account Management and recognition of when an issue is impacting a customer, something that's not always a given with IAAS providers.

    Periodic Testing Reveals Minor and Major Issues With Disaster Recovery Solution

    Our company uses 11:11 for our DR service. So far we have had several tests runs over the last few years and on each one there is a set of issues that occur that we go over to correct. In most cases these are minor procedural issues are resolved. Once we had a major issue that was caused by 11:11 staff that required true recoveries of servers and services. This was corrected and was to continue with the testing. This identified a authentication issue that we have corrected so it will not happen again. Overall, the experience has been very good.
