Our organization has very specific needs for our LMS and Absorb is very flexible in how it can be used, either by the built in logic for auto-enrollments/reporting, or it's API for more complex use cases.
It's very customizable and can be set-up for our organization structure. It's accessible for both administrators and learners using the platform awnd the reporting tools are robust and customizable for what you are looking for.
It's clean look and layout and seamless integration with its add-ons as additional tabs. It's very intuitive and easy to update and edit the dashboards, and Absorb have worked hard at creating reporting tools that do everything we need them to, and more.
There is a long list of ideas submitted for new product features and so the chances of it being customized for your specific use-case has a low probability or if anything a long turnaround time for that update. The price of add-ons is a little high from my perspective, things like advanced reporting, etc.. The support is great for the most part, very responsive and helpful, but you do get that occasional support person that is not quite as knowledgeable on a specific area as they should be.
Some of the minor issues were the occasional slowdowns in some of the features. The implementation and sales process took longer than expected and it requires some training to work with some features.
The only things are tiny niggles that could do with improvements, such as being able to export created content or schedule enrolments for curricula as well as single courses). These don't impact overall learner engagement and Absorb have already acknowledged both of these things as improvements on their roadmap, so these issues will be solved shortly.

The Absorb team is a great extension of our small L&D Team, extremely knowledgeable and on-hand to walk us through the functionality of the platform and additional tools. There are 3 main dashboards; Learner, Manager and Admin. All of them are extremely easy to navigate, with the Learner dashboard customisable with full brand logo, colour and icon options as well as rich text, background images and widget layout. Limited Industry-Specific Content and Integration Challenges Noted in Experience
Overall positive experience, as with any software it really depends on who is on the file, the onboarding too is about 5 months - I'm not sure how you could do it right otherwise. The software is generalized and doesn't have as much build=t content for my specific industry as I would like but overall was a significant improvement. Great solution for basic and scalable getting started.
