The company able to recruit the right people with the skill set required and work professionally
I believe, Accenture should have spent value time with business to gain business domain knowledge and key consideration points of the business and to be more customer eccentric.
Product is itself good but services provided was not that good
Very much restricted to the job scope.
Not enough background study has been conducted by the service provider in order to articulate the proper project plan and in my opinion service provider has taken customer as a ransom and what ever the mistakes / over sighted errors has been passed on to customer side which is not a very good business ethic practice for an implementation partner.
Product is very rigid about the changes

Focus on Precise Project Planning without disturbing the business
Project Planning is not done in a professional manner, the business domain knowledge seems not competent enough, hence the project plan has not being laid up in a proper manner to minimize the disturbance to the ongoing business activities. The go live dates kept on extending, for minor retrofits, and has impacted the ongoing business needs unfavorably as business users had to wait till the activities to complete even without having impact on the focus areas as the allocated Freez period was too long for a retrofit of this nature. Implementation was methodical, but less agile at times
Accenture team from China and Singapore were not well versed in English, but were hired because they have close working relationship with our headquarters in Japan.
