I think for me the people are the best part. The team that I have had the pleasure to work with, are the most talented, kind, intelligent and driven people I have had the pleasure to work with.... And, there are many others. But, I can truly feel their desire to help me and the company and to do the best work they can. They really care - its not just about getting things done.
Under pressure, they sometimes have a tendency to go to their corner and execute. That doesn't always return a result in alignment with business expectations.
Lack of functionality, and customization to our business/industry needs.
I think the only challenge i have had is the challenge I face in between projects. My organization is slow to commit and sign contracts, which puts me at risk of losing my team - and the talented, experienced people that I want to keep with me. If we could fix that - so I wouldn't be at risk of losing my talent so quickly, it would be amazing.
