I wish that the UI gave more incentivization to users to also give out high fives, I feel like most users that give highfives do it actively, but with a little notification to highfive someone in your unit/following list would do wonders. I dislike the search system and UI for the search bar - It makes it feel like a task just to find the person that you're looking for. I feel the default should go to your unit and should be in small name cards that can fit four to a square on either a pop up or a completely different page. Lastly, I think the system should operate similar to X or previously twitter; I would love it if you were to write a message of tell us who did a good job prompt box at the bottom of the screen, then with prompts to select the candidate later. Predominantly I get discouraged from using high-fives simply off the idea that it feels cumbersome to write something on the platform. The order of creation needs to change (text, tag, add picture), the placement of how to start needs to change, and there needs to be more encouragement to create a profile or to tag other people.
