“AdobeSign's Renewal Struggles: A Company's Frustrating Odyssey”
We have been using AdobeSign for two years. Initially, it was a good choice. We are now over 1 week expired with zero resolution in sight. It is frustrating as a company attempting to do business and being held hostage by a company that is so disjointed. Our attempts to get a renewal have been a miserable failure. The offshore call center is filled with people that take no ownership, are not interested in helping us renew, frequently disconnect the calls and chats. We have sent 12+ emails, made 20+ calls, and had multiple chat sessions. Still no resolution. Do yourself a favor and run to a competitor.

Too many redirections and dashboard with complicated admin settings that would make any one crazy. Also while you contact support they have many support people, so sometimes you have to wait for the right person to answer you back.
