Central dashboard for the cloud product we use to backup our M365 Exchange Online user mailboxes. A equivalent central dashboard for the local installation for the server backups. The easy to use restore feature we have used to restore user files accidentally deleted or saved when they shouldn't have been.
It's very cost effective.
Ease of use. Whether it's restoring accidentally deleted files, or having to recover an entire server, it's fairly straight forward. They were very helpful and assisted us during the implementation and initial configuration.
The main thing we dislike is that we had to install the product locally in order to perform the Continuous Data Protection backups of our most critical data. Another dislike is having to use the local install system to perform tasks related to server data backups and having to use the Cloud Central dashboard to deal with and report on the M365 mailbox backups. Having one central cloud dashboard that could interface with both the cloud and local instances would be far better.
Customer service, logs only kept for 30 days, and data is only kept for deleted users for a short period of time.
We truly haven't come across anything that we don't like about it.
