We have enjoyed the ease of use with Cohesity and the centralized management through Helios. The support team has been very responsive and great to work with when we've had to open cases.

We have had a very positive experience using Druva Data Security Cloud as our enterprise backup & data protection solution. The platform stands out for its Cloud-native architecture, which eliminates the need for complex on-premises infrastructure & significantly reduces operational overhead.

From the implementations and support work I've been involved in, my experience with Dell Data Protection Suite has been largely dependable. Once deployed and tuned, it behaves predictably in day-to-day operations and does what it is expected to do without frequent intervention.

Honestly, Rubrik has made my life a lot easier as someone managing backups across a fairly large VMware environment. The SLA policy model is the biggest win for me — I stopped manually tracking which VMs were protected and which weren't. That said, the support experience has been hit or miss. Ticket responses are fast, but getting someone who actually understands your specific environment takes a couple of escalations sometimes. Overall though, for the core job of protecting data and recovering fast, it delivers.

Commvault is a robust backup platform with endless integrations and features, however, it is also a highly maintenance-intensive tool. pretty much needing a full time engineer focus on its governance and maintenance

My experience with Nakivo Backup & Replication has been truly exceptional. The initial setup was very straightforward, even without prior experience, and the automation of backuo tasks has significantly reduced operational workload. Immutable backups provide strong protection against ransomware, ensuring data integrity. The only improvement I would suggest is offering more training webinars to maximize the use of all features.

I have dealt with the NetBackup product for over 20 years across the various ownership changes from Veritas to Symantec and now to Cohesity. The technical support and service I have received over the years has been one of the best vendor experiences I have had.
