One aspect I really enjoyed was the email confirmation receipt, it helped confirm with the lead that an appointment had been booked and would allow them to add it to their schedule.
Ease of use and automation. It integrates smoothly with calendars, sends automated reminders and allows clients to book appointments online without manual intervention.
I like that Acuity Scheduling is an all in one scheduling app. It streamlines the scheduling process and makes self scheduling, rescheduling and cancellation easy. I like that it automates the scheduling process.
Having it integrated into my email CRM would be helpful for future email campaigns would be a next level feature that I would love implemented.
Complex reporting and multi-location management. Some integrations require extra setup and handling recurring appointments can be tricky at times.
