The user interface of Acuity Scheduling is very intuitive making it easy to navigate through seamlessly. I also like its integration with the online meeting platforms I use as it makes it easy to schedule meetings directly. Acuity Scheduling sends automated reminders which keeps both me and the other meeting participants constantly reminded of a scheduled meeting so as not to miss them. It has a clear calendar activity dashboard that helps me always be on the lookout for all my upcoming bookings so as not to accept more if am already occupied.
The ability to easily add a scheduler to my website, and block-off times when I was not available was crucial and it helped do just that. One aspect I really enjoyed was the email confirmation receipt, it helped confirm with the lead that an appointment had been booked and would allow them to add it to their schedule.
Ease of use and automation. It integrates smoothly with calendars, sends automated reminders and allows clients to book appointments online without manual intervention.
I've had a very exceptional experience with Acuity Scheduling and am yet to discover anything to dislike about it. So far, everything has been very perfect and satisfying.
Having it integrated into my email CRM would be helpful for future email campaigns would be a next level feature that I would love implemented.
